Hot Spiced Tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tea bags

  • 15 cloves

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 c. water

  • 2 cherry Jell-O, small (strawberry or orange)

  • 1 pineapple juice, large can

  • 3 lemons

  • 1/2 c. sugar

  • 12 oz orange juice with 2 cans water, optional

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Steep 3 tea bags with 15 cloves, 2 sticks cinnamon and 4 cups water. Let set for few minutes.

  2. Mix 2 small pkgs. cherry Jell-O (or strawberry or orange) according to directions on pkg. Add to Jell-O 1 large can pineapple juice, juice from 3 lemons (or 9 Tbsp. Realemon) and ½ c. sugar. Add tea mixture. Next, add 12 oz. frozen orange juice and 2 cans water.

  3. Heat up in coffee maker and serve hot or in large pot on the stovetop.
